A test is a short read-only run: up to 6 pages, without submitting any form.
The quota resets at the start of each calendar month.
No human service is included: Avalyz is self-service software.

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. The subscription is monthly. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: access stays open until then. During the trial no card is asked for: at the end of the 14 days, without a subscription, no more tests can be run and nothing is charged.

How does billing work?

Prices are in euros excluding VAT, paid monthly; applicable VAT is added at payment. Payment goes through an online payment platform: Avalyz stores no bank details.

Where is the data hosted?

Hosting in the European Union. The provider's name will be given on the "Hosting and data" page.

What happens to my test data?

A test only reads public pages, read-only. The screenshots and HTML collected are used solely to produce your reports: for this content you are the data controller and Avalyz acts as processor. Retention periods will be published on the "Hosting and data" page before subscriptions open.

What does Avalyz do, and what doesn't it do?

Avalyz tests your websites read-only, links accessibility defects to the WCAG 2.2 and RGAA 4.1 criteria and produces a report and a sign-off report. It replaces neither an RGAA compliance audit nor legal advice, and includes no service performed by a person.
